We accept returns on our window blind accessorises and parts, you can return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that we are unable to refund postage and packaging costs. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-measure blinds, they cannot be returned. All of our window blinds are made to order and to your exact specification. We therefore do not accept changes, returns, cancellations or liability for incorrect measurements given. Please ensure you check all measurements before placing your order.

Fabric samples are available for all our blinds, and we do recommend ordering samples before placing your blind order.
