Changes, Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
All of our window blinds are made to order and to your exact specification. We therefore do not accept changes, returns, cancellations or liability for incorrect measurements given. Please ensure you check all measurements before placing your order. In addition, please check you have selected the correct unit of measurement from the drop down menu.
We will however endeavour to do our best to help you rectify any problems you have. We can also help you with placing your order or guiding you through the whole process. We would be happy to discuss any such issues with you directly. To prevent mistakes, you should follow our measuring guides, take care entering your details and check everything is correct on your confirmation email. If there’s anything wrong with the details then make sure you contact us straight away so that we can help sort it out.
Samples of fabrics are available for all our products and we do recommend you order samples before ordering your blinds.
